RemakePhoto ("we," "our," or "the app") helps you use reference images while taking photos. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

RemakePhoto does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, health information, or payment card details.

Photos and Camera

RemakePhoto uses your camera so you can take photos aligned with a reference image. The app also lets you choose photos from your photo library as reference images and save captured photos to your photo library.

Your selected photos, captured photos, and reference images are processed on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers for analytics or advertising.

Reference URLs and Web Content

You may paste or share image or Pinterest URLs into the app. The app uses those URLs to load the reference image you request. We do not send pasted URLs to Mixpanel analytics.

Purchases

RemakePhoto offers paid subscription features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card number or bank details.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, verify purchase status, unlock premium features, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase history, anonymous app user identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, and related subscription information.

Analytics

If you allow analytics in the app, we use Mixpanel to understand how people use RemakePhoto and improve the product. Analytics events may include actions such as app launch, onboarding steps, paywall interactions, camera controls, reference actions, and capture or save outcomes.

We do not intentionally send photos, photo contents, pasted URLs, email addresses, names, or other sensitive content to Mixpanel.

Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnose stability problems. Crash reports may include crash stack traces, device and operating system information, app version, installation identifiers, and diagnostic data needed to understand and fix crashes.

How We Use Information

• Provide core app features, including camera, reference image, photo saving, subscriptions, and restore purchases.
• Understand app usage and improve features, if analytics is allowed.
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve app stability.
• Prevent fraud or misuse related to purchases and subscriptions.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Tracking and Advertising

RemakePhoto does not display third-party ads. We do not use collected data for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.

Data Sharing

We share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app:

• Apple, for App Store purchases and subscriptions.
• RevenueCat, for subscription management.
• Mixpanel, for analytics if you allow analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

Data Retention

Photos and reference images stored by the app remain on your device unless you delete them or uninstall the app. Third-party providers may retain analytics, purchase, and crash data according to their own retention policies.

Your Choices

• Deny camera or photo library permissions in iOS Settings.
• Choose whether to allow analytics when prompted in the app.
• Restore purchases using the app's Restore Purchases option.
• Delete app data by deleting the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

RemakePhoto is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Economic Area.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
