These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of RemakePhoto ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

RemakePhoto helps you use reference images while taking photos, compare captured photos, save images to your photo library, and manage reference images. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any content you choose to use as a reference image.

Subscriptions and Purchases

RemakePhoto may offer paid subscription features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription price, billing period, trial availability, and renewal details are shown before purchase in the app and in the App Store purchase sheet.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Apple Standard Terms

For paid subscriptions and App Store distribution, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA.

Reference Images and Third-Party Content

You may use photos from your library, pasted URLs, shared URLs, or web images as references. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image or content you choose. RemakePhoto does not grant rights to third-party images, Pinterest content, or other content owned by others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app or related services.
• Use the app in a way that could harm others or compromise privacy or security.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
